THIS™ Chickpea (75%) tofu in a salt and black pepper marinade and is both high in protein and low in saturated fat.

How to cook THIS™
Best served diced and fried, no need to add any flavour, it's already delish as it is.
Shallow Fry - From chilled, dice into bitesize pieces and pan fry on a medium heat in 1 tbsp oil for 6-9 minutes until crispy, turning halfway through cooking.
Air Fry - From chilled, preheat air fryer to 200°C. Dice into bitesize pieces and cover with 1 tbsp oil. Spread evenly in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-12 minutes.
Not suitable for raw consumption.
Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Remove all packaging. Once opened use within 24 hours. Not suitable for home freezing. For use by date, please see film.
