Summer wing bake
1.Preheat oven to 200°C
2.Prep time! Slice your red onion, peppers and courgettes and half your new potatoes.
3.Put them all on a baking tray with salt, pepper a generous sprinkle of oregano and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 30 mins
4. Add your THIS™ isn’t chicken wings to the baking tray and cook for another 16-18 minutes (without the foil)
5.Serve it up family style in the middle of the table with a big squeeze of lemon juice and pita & hummus on the side!
