Peanut butter chicken noodles

1. Let’s start with sauce. Heat up your coconut milk on the hob and add your peanut butter and splash in your soy sauce. Keep this on a low to medium heat, stirring frequently until the peanut butter melts into the sauce.

2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on low-medium heat. Fry your THIS isn’t chicken pieces for 5-6 mins. Stir frequently.

3. Cook your noodles according to instructions.

4. Once your noodles and THIS™ isn’t chicken are cooked, serve them up with your sauce, chopped spring onions and top with Sriracha if you want!
