THIS™ Chilli Spiced Chickpea Tofu  Noodles

Crisp up your tofu: Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the THIS™ Is Chilli Spiced Chickpea Tofu and cook for 7 to 10 mins until golden and crispy.

Flavour: Turn the heat down, then stir in the spices, soy sauces, and cook for another 2 to 3 mins to coat everything in that spicy goodness.

Sauce time: In a mixing bowl, combine most of the spring onion (save some for topping), garlic, chilli oil, soy sauces, maple syrup and rice vinegar.

Noodle drop: Boil the udon noodles for 1 to 2 mins, drain, then toss them straight into the sauce.
