What's in THIS™?
High protein block made of broad bean protein (10%), pea protein (10%), shiitake mushrooms (6.5%), seeds (4.7%) and spinach (0.3%).
Water, Plant Proteins (Broad Bean, Pea), Shiitake Mushrooms, Seeds (Pumpkin, Hemp Hearts, Flax, Chia), Rapeseed Oil, Yeast Extract, Spices, Salt, Spinach.

USE LIKE TOFU:
- Dice: for a tofu ramen
- Slice: for an umami wholefood burger
- Grate (yes really): into a ragu for a pasta
- Marinate: or not, it's also great on it's own.
- Chuck it in a curry. Toss it through a stir-fry. Stuff it in a wrap. If "tofu" can go there, THIS™ can too.
- Storage Instruction: Keep refrigerated.

Meet THIS™ Plant-Based Vegan Mushroom "Tofu": a next generation plant-based protein inspired by traditional tofu making, but instead of soya milk, we set proteins from broad beans and peas into an extra firm block creating the same versatile, neutral base that makes tofu a kitchen staple. THIS™ "Tofu" is the same but different: we took all the bits we liked about tofu and left behind the bit that doesn't always work for everyone: the soya.
How to cook THIS™
For best results Pan Fry Dice the block into 2cm pieces. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the pieces for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently until browned all over.
Air Fry from Chilled:Set air fryer to 200°C. Cut the block into 2cm pieces and coat in 1 tbsp of oil. Place the pieces evenly in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned all over. Cook times may vary. Check the pieces periodically during cooking.
Remove all packaging before cooking.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within one day and do not exceed use by date. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
